In my game they do nothing since the last update. Personaly I wasn't a fan of the Equipment dones before aleready, their cooldown was way too high. Firing a lighting bolt every minute or so when it's actual cooldown is 20 seconds. Maybe their cooldown is even higher now, either way it sounds like a bug. #2.What it do? besides requiring an equipment item to activate.
